WertInvest has been successfully represented on the market since 1993. Over the course of this time the company has extended its activity into real estate development, handling demanding projects and dealing with monument-protected construction substance.

Our reference projects include amongst many, the refurbishment of the InterContinental/Vienna Ice Skating Club, it‘s surroundings and the revitalization of the Postgasse/Dominikanerbastei district.

Our portfolio includes property management of over 160,000 m² and the development of projects approx. 170,000 m².
